For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Wager" refers to any bet or stake placed by a Player on any game or sports betting market available on the rk777 Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by rk777 to confirm the identity, age, and payment details of a Player.

By accessing the rk777 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the rk777 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rk777. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rk777 Platform and close your Account if one exists.

Use of the rk777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of Account use:

• You must not have been previously excluded from rk777 or have an Account that was closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) Account on rk777. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

rk777 may require Players to complete KYC verification at any time, including but not limited to: at registration, before processing withdrawals, when a Player's activity triggers risk or fraud alerts, or when required by applicable law. KYC documentation may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three (3) months
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash or Maya account showing your name)
• Source of funds declaration, where applicable

rk777 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an Account pending KYC completion without providing specific reasons, as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

All deposits and withdrawals on rk777 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). rk777 currently supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform cashier page and are subject to change.

Deposits are generally credited to a Player's Balance within minutes of a successful transaction. rk777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking infrastructure, or network issues outside rk777's control.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• rk777 reserves the right to apply a security review period of up to five (5) business days to any withdrawal request.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• rk777 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any single withdrawal exceeding PHP 50,000 or equivalent.

rk777 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions applicable across all rk777 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before conversion to withdrawable real-money Balance. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in its individual terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses expire within a stated period from the date of issue. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., some live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate). Contribution rates are specified per promotion.

• All slot games and RNG-based games use certified random number generators audited by recognised testing laboratories. Results are final and cannot be contested on the basis of expected outcomes.
• Live casino game results are determined in real time by physical dealing and spinning processes. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, rk777 will resolve the Wager based on the outcome recorded on the provider's server.
• Sports betting Wagers are settled in accordance with rk777's Sports Betting Rules, published separately on the Platform. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, Wagers will be voided and stakes returned unless the Sports Betting Rules provide otherwise.
• rk777 reserves the right to void any Wager placed due to a manifest error in published odds, game configuration, or pricing. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Maximum Wager limits apply per game and per Player, as displayed within each game or betting market. rk777 may apply individual Player-level limits at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rk777 Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Opening or operating more than one Account on rk777
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or gain unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including live poker or live dealer tables
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain credits or winnings beyond normal game outcomes
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited under Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act 9160 as amended)
• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward rk777 staff or other Players via Live Chat or any other channel

All content on the rk777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the rk777 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of rk777 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the rk777 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any rk777 content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform
• Use the rk777 name, logo, or brand assets for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from the rk777 Platform

rk777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By registering on rk777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the rk777 Privacy Policy.

rk777 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services, and relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rk777's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rk777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

• Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service
• Errors in game outcomes caused by certified RNG systems operating within published parameters
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment infrastructure
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where rk777 has fulfilled its security obligations
• Actions of third-party game providers operating on the Platform under their own licensing agreements

rk777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within specified timeframes
• Suspicious activity flagged by rk777's fraud detection or anti-money laundering systems
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider in connection with a Player's Account
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion under rk777's Responsible Gaming policy

Upon permanent Account closure for breach of these Terms, rk777 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account. Where closure is initiated by rk777 for reasons other than Player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their own Accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting rk777 support via Live Chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

rk777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

For material amendments that affect Player rights or obligations, rk777 will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) days via email to the address registered on a Player's Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a Player does not agree to an amendment, they must close their Account before the amendment takes effect by contacting rk777 support. Any real-money Balance will be refunded in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the rk777 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between rk777 and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through rk777's internal complaints process, accessible via Live Chat support. rk777 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full written response within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties may seek resolution through mediation or, if necessary, submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
